Film Submission for Cinema Verde 2017 Is Now Open!

FINAL Deadline:  October 7, 2016 (extended deadline for WithoutABox members!)

Read all information below carefully before submitting a film.

The sooner you submit your film, the lower the fee.  Specific details and fee amount are provided in the Categories section below the Film Submission Rules.

  • Our vision: Expand the reach of environmental information to inspire people through the power of film to create sustainable businesses and choose sustainable lifestyles.
  • Our objective: Increase environmental awareness and motivate sustainable choices.
  • Film content:  Address issues and provide solutions related to air quality, animals, chemical contamination, energy, food, green building, population, social justice, sustainability, sustainable business, waste, or water.
  • Including solutions in the films is essential.
  • SHORT is GOOD - Please let us know if shorter versions of your film are available.  Our audiences sit through many hours of documentaries on environmental issues.  Quicker, more palatable doses will be more effective than long, drawn out information that can be depressing

The categories available for entry are:

  • Full-Length Feature Film
  • Documentary
  • Short Film
  • Florida Local Film
  • International College Student
